Thomas DeRoussel

Curiosity and competition have shaped most of what I do.

I started sharing online in 2020, then went on to college and NCAA Division I soccer. Along the way, I got my real estate license and began building companies alongside Reese.

2020 / Social media

Starting online.

I started making content on social media in 2020. I’ve always been curious and competitive, and I wanted to see what I could build online.

That curiosity is still behind what I share today: AI tools, workflows, and what I’m learning while building businesses.

Soccer / College

Soccer shaped my competitive side.

I grew up playing soccer at a high level and have also played in Europe. NCAA Division I soccer has been part of that background, and a lot of my competitive drive comes from the sport.

I began finance studies at George Mason University in 2024, before transferring to Lehigh University in 2025, where I study finance and marketing.

College, soccer, real estate, and starting businesses have overlapped. I’ve been learning while putting things into practice.

2024 / Real estate

Licensed at 18.

I became a licensed real estate agent in 2024, at 18, in the Cincinnati area. I now work with buyers and sellers in Greater Cincinnati through eXp Realty.

Working as an agent put me close to the conversations, follow-up, and coordination around a move. That experience became the context for Relvara.

Building with Reese.

While I was studying and working in real estate, Reese and I were also building businesses. Each took us into a different kind of work, from apparel to AI education and software.

relvara.

Relvara grew out of my work as an agent. I started it in 2026 to build an AI platform around the follow-up, conversations, and coordination that fill an agent’s day.

My own channels are where I share AI tools, workflows, and what I learn while building. Teaching takes that work into a room, where people can try it on a task of their own.

I also write The DeRoussel Minute and share reusable skills on GitHub so people can take the ideas further.
